Explore Your Senses envisage to ship every order received on the following working day.
- FREE Standard Delivery
FREE standard delivery on all orders. Orders placed over the weekend will aim to be shipped on the next working day.
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail second class. This service takes 2 working days.
- Next Working Day Delivery Service
We do offer a next day working delivery service for orders that are required more urgently. These are shipped via DPD and will aim to be shipped on the same day as your purchase, as long as you place your order before 2.00pm and it is a working day (Monday to Friday). Where orders are placed after 2.00pm, your order will be shipped the next WORKING (Monday to Friday).
Please note that we do not ship parcels over the weekend and this service does not include deliveries on a Saturday. If you place your order BEFORE 2.00pm on a Friday, you will receive your order on the following Monday. If your order is placed AFTER 2.00pm on a Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday, meaning your parcel will be with you on the Tuesday.
The price for our NEXT WORKING DAY delivery service is £6.00 plus VAT.

Explore Your Senses is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Returns & Replacements
Incorrect or damaged goods must be reported to Explore Your Senses within 10 working days of receipt of goods for claims to be considered. All claims for missing goods must be made within 14 days of invoice.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of despatch and we will refund the produce price or change for another product. Products must be returned in suitable packaging and be in ‘as new’ condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Returned goods that we believe have been used will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Explore Your Senses
We will confirm receipt of your order as soon as possible. This confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Only when we despatch the goods that you have ordered will it be deemed to have been accepted.
Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the invoice is paid in full.
Where the buyer wishes to cancel an order this cancellation must be made within 24 hours of the date of order. After this time Explore Your Senses reserves the right to pass on any charges that may be incurred due to customer error in ordering.
- Availability of Goods
All goods advertised for sale on our site are subject to availability. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will inform you by email or telephone. We will not charge you for goods that we cannot supply. However we will not be responsible for any damage or losses that you may suffer if we fail to supply goods.
Pricing & Promotions
Explore Your Senses endeavours to maintain that the prices displayed on our site are correct at the time of display. When we have accepted an order we will not change the price that applies to that order. We also reserve the right to alter prices from time to time.
The prices displayed are exclusive of VAT.
We accept payment by credit and debit cards. Their payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer and we will not be liable for any non delivery or delay if a card issuer refuses to authorise payment.
